Once we receive your contact information, we’ll give you a call to introduce ourselves and learn more about you and your project. We’ll cover a brief overview of what you’d like done and discuss your goals. From there, we’ll schedule a convenient time to visit your property for a closer look.

Step 2: On-Site Consultation

We’ll meet with you on-site to inspect the project area and have a more in-depth conversation about your vision. During this visit:

• We’ll offer expert advice on the best painting process for your needs.
• Answer all your questions and set realistic expectations for both results and timeline.
• Take detailed measurements (and possibly photos) to prepare a personalized estimate.
• Go over colour options and provide a colour booklet to help with your decision.

Step 3: Final Estimate & Planning

Once we’ve gathered all the necessary details, we’ll return with a personalized written estimate. At this stage:

• We’ll finalize color selections and confirm the desired start date and estimated completion.
• You’re encouraged to compare quotes from other companies—no pressure and zero obligation.
• For most projects, we don’t require any payment upfront—we typically don’t collect payment until the project is 50% complete or finished, depending on scope.

Step 4: Delivery Day

On the agreed-upon dates, we’ll arrive on time and ready to work our magic. After we’ve completed the job:

• We’ll do a full walk-through with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
• Any touch-ups needed will be done on the spot.
• We leave only when you’re 100% satisfied.
